We will be together for a 60-minute live Zoom call. At the top of the call, we'll gather together to set the context and the intention. This will be followed by a live Akashic activation, in which you'll be invited to be in a quiet and comfortable space.
Following the activation, the remaining time is yours to do with as you please.
- You may wish to relax in a comfortable space and continue to receive the healing energy
- You may wish to sit in activation and meditation, held in this powerful field
- You may set an intention to use the time to go on a shamanic journey
- You might wish to ask a question or ask for something to be released from your field
- You may wish to bring a creative project to work on
- You might come with open curiosity to explore and see what comes up
